Our ALS division ambulances are fully staffed with a Paramedic and EMT. This team is capable of handling any emergency you may have 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AlphaOne takes emergency services a step higher with specialized geriatric training, high customer service standards, and uses a “Leave no Footprint” approach.
We always strive to arrive, treat, and care for our patients without making a big scene or causing confusion while still providing the highest level of care that you’d expect from any other emergency service.
Our BLS division ambulances are staffed with two EMTs and provide transport to destinations near and far. Patients requiring transportation, but for many reasons must be transported on a stretcher can utilize these ambulances to get them where they need to go.
Staying up to date on current regulations and certifications can be a tough task. AlphaOne can help you or your staff with many options and methods of training. We provide many in-service training classes that can be taught at either your facility or our own classroom setting with high quality audio and video capabilites.
AlphaOne Ambulance is proud to provide EMS Services for many events in the Greater Sacramento Area including; Youth Football, Horse Shows, Motocross, Concerts and various other events.
We take pride in our community service efforts. We actively participate in many community programs and events. Among a few include the Walk to end Alzheimers, various charity sporting events, and homeless clothing drives.
